Please Note! Due to large patient volumes, we are accepting new patients from the Northern half of Virginia only (Fauquier and nearby counties as shown in green on this map). You can appeal this limitation by sending us an email below. Appeals by phone will NOT be accepted. In only very rare and selective cases have we made exceptions. Read why we instituted this policy.
Due to the EXCESSIVE number of emails we receive from patients NEVER seen in our office before, we have instituted a nominal fee ($3.99) that will be processed thru PayPal (all major credit cards accepted). Established patients can also contact us using the form below, but it would be free if done through our patient portal. If you are unable to pay for some reason, we suggest sending a fax or letter to us.
Please understand that this fee does not mean actual medical advice will be provided (which will only occur with an office visit) or that an appointment will be granted.
