Doses are as follows: Zinc 50mg per day, TriMagnesium 300mg twice a day, Riboflavin (Vit B2) 400mg daily, Folate 400mg daily, and B-complex one tab daily. And of course, STOP all mouthwash rinses as well as use Tom's natural SDS-free and fluoride-free toothpaste.
Proton pump inhibitor reflux meds also included as it appears to help with the burning mouth sensation through an unclear mechanism.
Long COVID SymptomsThe following are suggestions in how to address persistent symptoms after acute COVID recovery.
